About.Hi! I'm Angela, a product designer with experience building 0-to-1 products at fast-paced startups. Right now, I’m honing my design skills at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts University.

Why are you a designer?
[Fig. 2] It all started with a pencil. And that textile? My mom’s senior thesis. Creativity is basically in my DNA.

I was deeply influenced by my PARENTS. I grew up with a mom who loved textiles and art, and a dad who enjoyed computers and cameras. Their different interests helped me appreciate both creativity and technology from a young age.

What are your interests?I’m obsessed with designing mobile apps, websites, and software applications for community, creative tools, productivity, and AI. At the same time, I’m always looking for fresh perspectives from other industries to see how design can make an impact everywhere.

What is your superpower?
[Fig. 3] I started archiving 7 years ago, and wow, things have changed. What started as an interest in fine arts led me straight into graphic design, infographics, and web design.

I’d say my superpower is attention to detail. I’ve been told I have a hawk-like eye for the little things, and I think it’s because I’ve spent years curating inspiration on Pinterest (no shame!). That habit has trained me to spot the tiniest details that make a design stand out. It’s this superpower that has really shaped my design style too.

Any final shout-outs?
[Fig. 5] The real MVPs of my story.

First off, a HUGE shout-out to my parents. You’ve shaped me into the person I am today, and I honestly can't thank you enough for all the sacrifices you’ve made to help me explore the bigger world. I’ll always be beyond grateful for your unwavering love and support.

And to my mentors—thank you, thank you, thank you! You’ve been there every step of the way, guiding me, giving me real feedback, and pushing me to be better. Your advice has made all the difference, and I honestly don’t think I’d have grown as much without you. You’ve helped me think bigger, take risks, and keep improving as a designer. Seriously, you all rock!
